I have a love of photography, videography, homes, and organization. Combining all of these together has become a passion of mine. Years ago I was searching for my own home and my realtor made a comment that he believes that homes have a soul and are essentially part of the family. I have thought about that ever since. Homes are what hold us while we go through the journey of life. They shelter us from the weather. They provide us a place to gather with friends and family. And they hold our memories. I love capturing various aspects of the beauty in each individual home. While I focus on showcasing all that a home has to offer, I really want to show its soul because that is the most important part.I have been a professional photographer for over 15 years, shooting real estate since 2020. I am a Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot. That means that I have gone through the testing requirements to legally fly my drone keeping you and I safe from fines and legal violations. DRONE ONLY SESSION: $155
FLOOR PLAN: $25 per floorYou will receive up to 40 high-resolution and MLS-sized photographs depending on the property size. There are 5-10 photos for “Drone Only Sessions”. Floor plans include layout of the home with rooms labeled. Photos will be delivered via Dropbox. Turn around time is two business days. You have full use of the photographs for marketing and selling of the home for the duration of the sales period.• If you book both photo and video there is only a one-time $95 drone fee.
• Drone subject to local restrictions.
• If you need to reschedule please give a 24-hour notice or there will be a $100 reschedule fee.

USER AGREEMENT
By booking a session with me you agree to the following:
• I shoot the home as is. If you want me to clean up before the shoot, there is a $150/hour fee with prior approval.
• Photos and Videos may only be used for promotion of the specific property for the duration of one sale.
• Jenny Gildea Photography maintains ownership and copyright of all photos and videos.
• Photos and videos are not to be used by, transferred to, or otherwise reused by any other agent, broker, builder, etc. without permission from Jenny Gildea Photography.
• You may not alter images/videos in any way.

They include call-out information throughout the video to highlight key aspects of the property. Video has a way of bringing a home to life by showing its personality.
