Oh Iceland. I can’t get over your stunning everything. We had the most fabulous family trip and it will forever remain on my heart. This is our first few days and Part 1 of 4. (See Part 2 here!) Skogafoss was stunning, especially since we got to be there when the sun was shining and see the double rainbow. But my absolute favorite was hiking around after climbing more than 400 steps to get to the top. It was a hidden treasure we didn’t see coming. The views were breath taking. The greens unreal. The sunshine delightful. And let’s not forget about their awesome horses here! Just look at their beautiful mains and how stocky they are. You have to be legit to survive in Iceland!
