Do You Clean the home to get it ready for photos & Videos?

No. When I arrive the home should be clean and staged. Please follow the Preparation Checklist to assure your home is ready. I will move an occasional item as needed to get the best shot, but that's it. If the home needs to be cleaned, I charge $150/hr. If cleaning is not prearranged, the shoot will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee.

Are you a registered drone pilot?

Yes! I am a Part 107 Official Drone Pilot. This is important to keep YOU and me safe from fines and legal violations.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SHOOT A HOME?

Depending on the size of the home and if I am doing photo and/or video, it can take from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

HOW DO I GET THE PHOTOS and videos?

I will send you both High-Resolution and MLS sized photos via Dropbox. I will send a downloadable Vimeo link for videos.

HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED?

Up to 40 depending on the size of the home.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

Photos will be delivered within two business days, videos within four business days (though I typically deliver within 24-48 hours).

DO YOU WANT HOME OWNERS TO BE THERE WHILE YOU ARE SHOOTING?

It is best if I can shoot the home without the homeowners present. This gives me unlimited access to the entire home without interruptions. This also maintains healthy standards during the Covid-19 pandemic.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED SHOOT?

I understand that time is of the essence when listing a home. I can complete a shoot even when the weather is not cooperating, if needed. If you have time on your end and would like to reschedule for a sunny day I am happy to do so. Just give me 24 hours notice to avoid the $75 rescheduling fee.

DO YOU COME BACK TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SKIES ARE NOT BLUE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT?

If you would like the exterior photographed on a different day than the interior so that the skies are blue, there is a $75 fee.

Can i choose the music for my video?

Part of my creative process is in the choice of music. If you have a specific feel you would like just tell me and I will be sure to go in that direction! But, I ultimately want to take this off your hands and give you an end product that you love without the worry of how to get there.
