Photos will be delivered via Dropbox in High Resolution for printing, as well as sized for MLS. You will receive up to 40 photos depending on the property size. For “Drone Only Sessions” 5-10 photos will be delivered.
PROPERTY SHOWCASE VIDEO

ADD DRONE: $75
Property Showcase Videos show the flow of the home as well as feature architectural and design elements. They include call-out information throughout the video to highlight key aspects of the property. Video has a way of bringing a home to life by showing its personality. Think of these videos as customized commercials for the property. Video duration will be between 2-3 minutes.
• If you book both photo and video there is only a one-time $75 drone fee.
• Drone subject to local restrictions.
• If you need to reschedule please give a 24-hour notice or there will be a $100 reschedule fee.
USER AGREEMENT
By booking a session with me you agree to the following:
• I shoot the home as is, so make sure you have followed the Preparation Checklist to get the home ready. If you want me to clean up before the shoot, there is a $150/hour fee with prior approval.
• Photos and Videos may only be used for promotion of the specific property for the duration of one sale.
• Jenny Gildea Photography maintains ownership and copyright of all photos and videos.
• Photos and videos are not to be used by, transferred to, or otherwise reused by any other agent, broker, builder, etc. without permission from Jenny Gildea Photography.
• You may not alter images/videos in any way.
